Scott M. Miller Corporate and Securities
Scott Miller, Senior Counsel to Feldman LLP, specializes in corporate and securities matters, including the representation of investment banks, broker-dealers and issuers in public offerings, reverse mergers, PIPES and private placement financing transactions. Scott also handles federal and state securities laws' regulatory and reporting requirements for public companies. He also concentrates in the areas of intellectual property licensing, as well as trademark and copyright law.
Scott is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey. He is a past chair of two Professional Practice Committees of the American Bar Association's Section of Intellectual Property Law and currently serves on the New York State Bar Association's Committee on Securities Regulation. Scott is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the United Jewish Appeal in Bergen County, New Jersey and an immediate past Co-Chairman of its Financial, Legal and Real Estate Division. Scott received his law degree from Tulane University Law School in 1985, and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in economics in 1982.
