Matthew Kutner is an associate in the corporate and securities practice of Feldman LLP. Prior to joining Feldman LLP, Matthew served as a Judicial Fellow for the Honorable Peter B. Skelos, Associate Justice, Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department.
Matthew received his Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, from George Washington University in 2004, and received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Hofstra University School of Law in 2009, where he was a Research Editor for the Hofstra Law Review.
