Jennifer L. Rosen Tax, Trusts and Estates
Jennifer L. Rosen, Special Counsel to Feldman LLP, specializes in estate, financial, tax and elder law issues, including personal and corporate tax planning, estate administration, trust administration and estate and business succession planning. A major part of her practice involves assisting clients and their families with tax and legal issues such as asset protection, maximizing wealth and retirement income, charitable giving and disability planning including use of durable powers of attorney, living trusts, health-care proxies and living wills.
An accountant and attorney, Jennifer graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BSE concentrating in accounting from The Wharton School, and earned her JD from Brooklyn Law School where she received the CALI award for achievement in Estate Planning. She is a member of the American and New York State Bar Associations (ABA and NYSBA respectively), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), and the Wharton Club of New York. Jennifer is a member of the Trust and Estates Section of the NYSBA.
