Joseph G. Krassy Corporate and Securities
Joseph G. Krassy, Special Counsel to Feldman LLP, is a specialist in matters arising under the securities or "Blue Sky" laws of each of the States of the United States. This area of the law was dramatically changed by the National Securities Markets Improvement Act of 1996, and Joe is fully familiar with all facets of that statute and its impact on securities matters. He is a recognized authority on the securities laws of the State of New York and authored the section on State Securities Regulation in White on New York Corporations, a legal treatise published by Matthew Bender & Co., Inc. Joe's regulatory practice also includes representation of broker-dealers and investment advisers in registrations under state and Federal securities laws, as well as in disciplinary proceedings and arbitration hearings before securities administrators.
Joe graduated from Fordham College and the Fordham University School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association's Section on Business Law, where he serves on the Committee on State Regulation of Securities.
