Saul H. Finkelstein
Corporate and Securities
Saul H. Finkelstein, Partner in the corporate and securities practice of Feldman Weinstein & Smith LLP, represents investment banks, broker-dealers, commercial banks and middle-market companies in a broad range of corporate, securities, financing and merger and acquisition transactions. In his more than 20 years of practice, Saul has represented issuers and underwriters in equity and debt offerings and buyers and sellers of both public and private businesses. He has been the featured speaker at training sessions for investment bankers on securities law matters.

Saul has also worked extensively with private banking institutions, professional sports franchises, players and coaches, principal shareholders of public companies, significant collectors of fine art and media personalities in innovative financing matters.

Saul has served on the Boards of several start-up companies in the fitness industry and is currently a member of the Executive Committee of a not for profit summer camp in upstate New York.

Saul received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Yeshiva University and his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he was an editor of the Law Review. Prior to joining Feldman Weinstein & Smith LLP, Saul was Counsel at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.
