Michael Nertney, Partner in the corporate and securities practice of Feldman Weinstein & Smith LLP, focuses his practice on corporate and securities transactional matters with an emphasis on PIPE financings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and securities law counseling for private and public companies.

Michael received his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University, cum laude, in 1999, where he served as an Article Editor of the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology. He received his B.S. in Finance from Siena College in 1995. Michael is admitted to practice law in New York and is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
