Lawrence Langs is Special Counsel to Feldman Weinstein & Smith LLP, resident in California. His legal expertise includes media, entertainment and technology.

Larry has been an intellectual property, entertainment and corporate lawyer, an investment banker in Wall Street, a technology and entertainment entrepreneur, and a "professional board member".

He also has managed over 200 merger & acquisition deals as an investment banker, intellectual property and corporate lawyer, technology consultant, board member, senior executive and principal.

As legal and business counsel, Larry provides assistance with wireless, internet, publishing, manufacturing, and other traditional and digital media transactions and disputes. Larry specializes in investment banking, public company transactions, mergers and acquisitions, reverse mergers, financings, dispute resolution, and preparing companies for sale or going public.

Larry has a broad background in business management. He was EVP at ACD Systems (ASA.TO), EVP at Musician.com for Guitar Center (GTRC), SVP of business development at MP3.com (MPPP), and VP of business development for Sybase New Media (SY), Investment Banker for Chemical Bank in New York, and Senior Consultant for Arthur D. Little in Boston. Currently, he is on the board of directors for Destiny Media Technologies (DSNY.OB), and on the board of advisors for Rocket Ventures.

He holds a Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law, and a Master's Degree in Finance and Management of Technology from the Sloan School of Management at M.I.T. He is a member of the New York Bar.
