Heather Cohen
Corporate and Securities

Heather M. Cohen, an associate in the corporate and securities practice of Feldman Weinstein & Smith LLP, focuses her practice on transactional matters with an emphasis on structuring, documenting and servicing PIPE financings. Heather represents investment banks, registered broker-deals, and institutional investors that invest in private and public companies.

Heather received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2003 and her B.A. in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University in 1999. Heather is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey and is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

Prior to attending law school, Heather was a consultant with Ernst &Young. Upon graduation from Brooklyn Law School, Heather was an associate with Feldman Weinstein & Smith LLP from 2003-2005. Prior to re-joining Feldman Weinstein & Smith LLP in 2007, Heather was an associate with Loeb & Loeb LLP.
