Eric Weinstein, Partner of Feldman Weinstein & Smith LLP, is a litigation attorney specializing in complex civil litigation, including contract disputes and commercial transactions, real estate and title disputes, mortgage fraud, business torts, intellectual property, insurance coverage, RICO, defamation, and employment discrimination. He has represented a diverse clientele, including mortgage banks, broker-dealers, publishers, technology companies, textile manufacturers, restaurants, professional sports licensing agencies, musical groups, artists, and celebrities.

Eric graduated, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and received a J.D. degree from the UCLA School of Law, where he was an associate editor of the UCLA Law Review. He now serves as Chair of the UCLA Law Alumni Association for the New York region. Eric was previously associated with the firms Kaye Scholer and Lewin & Laytin.

Eric is admitted to the New York State Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
