Resolution |
David J. Galalis, an associate in the litigation and
dispute resolution practice of Feldman
Weinstein & Smith LLP, concentrates on resolving commercial
and business disputes. Prior to joining
the firm, David was a law clerk to the
Justices of the Massachusetts Superior
Court. As a law clerk, David assisted
the Justices in all phases of civil
and criminal litigation and prepared
numerous draft decisions for the court.
David is a cum laude graduate of Boston
College Law School where he served as
an Articles Editor of the Boston College
Environmental Affairs Law Review and
President of the St. Thomas More Society.
While a member of the Environmental
Affairs Law Review, he published a note
entitled "Environmental Justice
and Title VI in the Wake of Alexander
v. Sandoval: Disparate-Impact Regulations
Still Valid Under Chevron" (31
B.C. Envtl. Aff. L. Rev. 61 (2004)).
During law school, David also interned
with the Environmental Enforcement Section
of the United States Department of Justice
and served as an adjunct instructor
in the Boston College Department of
Political Science where he taught "Environmental
Law & Policy." Prior to law
school, David graduated from
the College of the Holy Cross, cum laude.
David is admitted to practice in New
York and Massachusetts, as well as the
U.S. District Courts for the Southern
and Eastern Districts of New York.
