Litigation
David Birdoff, Of Counsel to Feldman Weinstein & Smith LLP, is a litigator with nearly four decades of experience, most recently having spent 30 years as a partner at Fulbright & Jaworski.

David has successfully directed large teams of attorneys and developed innovative strategies to recover hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of clients. He has counseled and represented numerous clients on matters including real estate, foreclosures, equipment lease defaults, creditors’ rights, and bankruptcy. David has also been retained as an expert witness and consultant regarding attorney malpractice litigation.

He is currently a member of the Congregational Involvement Committee of Temple Sharray Tefila in New York City and a Member of the Board of Directors of The Partnership for Student Advancement, a not for profit organization that helps financially underprivileged high school students identify and pursue career paths. David is the founder and former co-Chairman of the Dads Committee of the Rudolf Steiner School in New York City. He has authored numerous articles published in the New York Law Journal and elsewhere concerning real estate issues and damages.

David graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1969, where he was involved with the Brooklyn Law Review and a member of the National Moot Court Team. He got his BA from Brooklyn College in 1966. David is admitted to practice in New York State.
