Charles E. Phillips, an associate in the corporate and securities practice of Feldman Weinstein & Smith LLP, specializes in corporate and securities law and reverse mergers. Charles graduated from George Washington University with a Bachelors in Accountancy in 2000 and was a member of Beta Alpha Psi. He received his JD from New York Law School in 2007. Charles is admitted to practice in New Jersey and his admission to practice in New York is pending.

Prior to attending law school, Charles was an auditor with KPMG, LLP. He also received an MBA and an MSBM from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business in 2004.
